If you think your insurance will pay for our services it is your responsibility to check with your insurance company before any visit in order to confirm the following:

  • That the clinician you want to see is in-network with your insurance plan.

  • That you understand any referrals, authorizations or prescriptions that might be required in order for your insurance to cover our services.

  • That you understand your deductible and any co-pay/co-insurance amounts that may be due for our services per the terms of your insurance plan

    Please provide your insurance codes from our Pricing Page when contacting them.

Important Notices

Other Private insurers: We are not in-network with any other private insurer or insurance network not listed above. This includes Aetna, Cigna, Optum and United Health. If you are covered by these insurers you will have to pay cash for our services. Even if we are out-of-network with your insurance, lab tests conducted through LabCorp or Quest can still be processed through your insurance.

HMO plans: We are not in-network with any HMO plan, including Kaiser Core or Premera HMO or any other HMO plan. If you are covered by an HMO plan you will have to pay cash for our services.

Medicaid: We are not in-network with Molina, Amerigroup, Apple Health or any other Medicaid plan. If you are covered by these insurers you will have to pay cash for our services.

L&I Workers Comp: We do not work with new L&I claims. If your condition is due to a work-related injury please let us know before scheduling. You may have to pay cash for our services.

Medicare: Medicare does not recognize our physicians or any of our other clinicians. Medicare will not pay for labs or medications if they are prescribed by our physicians. Many of our medicare patients work with other doctors to manage their labs and medications. Medicare Advantage and Medicare Gap plans will also not pay for our services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these fees in addition to using my insurance or paying cash for visits?

Yes. You will continue to pay for visits and medical services either out-of-pocket or through your insurance, depending on whether our clinicians are in-network with your plan. Fees for non-covered services apply only to services not typically covered by insurance. Having insurance does not change your obligations under your insurance contract; you are still responsible for meeting your deductible and paying all copays or coinsurance.

How do I know which program is right for me?

Is there a long-term contract for non-covered service?

The non-covered service fee is paid at the time of service, with no long-term commitment required. This flexibility allows you to access comprehensive support tailored to your needs without being tied to a contract. By paying these fees, you benefit from enhanced communication and support, including offline interactions that ensure continuity of care. This approach allows for more personalized attention, quicker responses to your queries, and a more holistic healthcare experience, ultimately contributing to better health outcomes.

Absolutely! Our services are well-suited for individuals with specific medical conditions. Dr. Evelyn Le, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Washington, has completed a Fellowship in the Academy of Integrative Medicine. Dr. Le collaborates with your other healthcare providers to ensure you receive the best possible care tailored to your unique needs.

If my appointment is out-of-network and I pay out-of-pocket, am I still required to pay the non-covered service fee?

The good news is that when you pay out-of-pocket for your appointment due to it being out-of-network, you are not required to pay the non-covered service fee. This approach streamlines the payment process, saving both time and resources by eliminating the need to bill you or a third-party payer, such as an insurance company. Despite this, you still receive high-quality care and enjoy all the benefits typically associated with the non-covered service fee. This includes personalized attention, comprehensive support, and efficient communication, communication with the provider, ensuring you receive the best possible healthcare experience.
