What about Integrative Medicine inspires you?

What inspires me most about integrative medicine is its holistic approach to health, which allows me to empower you with personalized care tailored to your unique needs. By combining traditional and alternative therapies, we can address the root causes of your health issues, not just the symptoms. This interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals enables us to provide comprehensive care that nurtures both your mind and body. I've witnessed incredible transformations, and I'm excited to share this journey with you, helping you achieve the wellness you deserve.

Growing up, I witnessed my family struggle with chronic conditions such as diabetes. My grandmother's passing due to ketoacidosis—a severe complication of diabetes—left a profound impact on me. Despite the best efforts of conventional medicine, she also battled Alzheimer's, with little relief from her symptoms. This personal experience fueled my determination to explore integrative approaches that could offer more comprehensive and effective solutions for chronic health issues.

Awakening to Restful Nights: Tamy's Journey from Sleep Struggles to Rejuvenation

Tamy who struggled with sleep issues for years, discovered that sleep apnea was the root cause, not insomnia, after working with me. Now, she enjoys restful nights and wakes up refreshed.

What occupies you when you're not helping patients?

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me globe-trotting with my husband, embracing our Gemini spirit of adventure and growth. Whether we’re climbing the stairs to the breathtaking Basilique du Sacré-Cœur in Paris or soaking up the sun on the pristine beaches of Koh Kho Khao Island in Thailand, we’re all about exploring new cultures and staying active. I still get goosebumps thinking about the statues in Italy and navigating those charming little streets. And my heart swells with nostalgia when I think about revisiting my hometown in Vietnam during our honeymoon. It was a powerful reminder of where I came from and the beautiful cultural tapestry that shapes who I am today.

You have the power to take back control of your health. With the right tools—nutrition, sleep, movement, stress support, supplements, and therapies—you can feel like yourself again. I’ve seen it in so many women and men I’ve worked with, just like you, who took the first step and are now thriving. You can do this too.

Why is local community outreach so important to you?

Community outreach is my jam! Growing up, I saw firsthand the power of community and hard work, and it’s something I carry with me every day. I believe in creating spaces where people feel empowered and supported on their health journeys. From hosting wellness workshops to partnering with local organizations, I’m all about building stronger, healthier communities where everyone feels like they belong.

Giving back is at the core of who I am. In my 20s, I dove headfirst into volunteering, from medical missions to humanitarian projects. My first mission trip to Lima, Peru, with Buckner International was a life-changer. We hosted after-school programs and even helped out with a veterinary group—talk about fulfilling! These experiences taught me so much about compassion and the impact we can have when we come together to support each other.
