Is this event only for women in their 30s–60s?

No. Women in their 30s–60s are welcome. Understanding these changes before symptoms begin is incredibly empowering.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely. Just make sure they register separately so we can plan seating.

What should I bring?

You don’t need to bring anything. Chairs are provided; floor seating is available with bolsters.

Will there be parking?

Yes — there is free street parking available near Healthy Time Wellness. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to find a comfortable spot before the screening begins.

Do I have to be in menopause to attend the event?

Not at all.


Women in perimenopause, menopause, and even their 30s who haven’t reached this stage yet are all welcome.

Understanding what’s coming before symptoms begin is incredibly empowering, and many women choose to attend to prepare, learn, and support their long-term health.

Can I bring my children?

This event is for adults only. No childcare is available.
