Billable & Self-Pay Prices

We offer a 15% discount for cash payments at the time of service for physician visits. Discounts for other services vary. Non-covered services, like patient portal access and certain prescriptions, are charged separately. See our Non-Covered Services page for details.

Naturopathic Medicine Physician Visits are billed based on activities and physician time. Pricing is set post-visit. Check our billable rates and discount rates for each visit code. Estimated clinician time is provided, but actual coding is finalized after the visit.

Initial visits:

35-45 minutes (99204) – Billable: $250, Time of Service: $212.5

45-60 minutes (99205)– Billable: $350, Time of Service: $297.5

60-70 minutes (99205+99417) – Billable: $362.50, Time of Service: $307.7

Return Visits

10-20 minutes (99213) – Billable: $145, Time of Service: $123.25

20-30 minutes (99214) – Billable: $200, Time of Service: $170

30-40 minutes (99215) – Billable: $250, Time of Service: $212.5

40-55 minutes (99215+99417) – Billable: $300, Time of Service: $255

< 10 minutes Acute Issue / Quick Visit– Billable: $90, Time of Service: $76.5

Supplements

Supplements are an extra cost and are not included in the visit fees and not covered by insurance. Supplements are tax-free when prescribed by our physicians. You may use HSA/MSA/Flex Plans to pay for your supplements.

Rescheduling, Cancellations, No Shows

We charge $125 fee for no show or missed visits and $75 for appointments cancelled less than 24 business hours of the scheduled appointment time. This fee is not billable to insurance. Please respect this policy as missed appointments take the provider's time away from seeing other patients in need.

Flex Plans/ Medical Savings Account/ Health Savings Accounts

Please let us know if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), Flex Plan, or Medical Savings Account. These can be used to pay for all naturopathic medical care, including co-pays, deductibles, lab fees, and prescribed supplements.

Labs

Our providers use conventional and specialty lab tests. Lab billing is between your insurance and the labs. Many tests are covered by insurance (subject to deductibles and co-pays), but some specialty tests aren't. Providers estimate costs, but coverage is determined by insurance. Contact your insurance for questions. Out-of-pocket lab costs can be paid via HSA/MSA/Flex Plans.

If you think your insurance will pay for our services it is your responsibility to check with your insurance company before any visit in order to confirm the following:

  • That the clinician you want to see is in-network with your insurance plan.

  • That you understand any referrals, authorizations or prescriptions that might be required in order for your insurance to cover our services.

  • That you understand your deductible and any co-pay/co-insurance amounts that may be due for our services per the terms of your insurance plan

    Please provide your insurance codes from our Pricing Page when contacting them.

Important Notices

Other Private insurers: We are not in-network with any other private insurer or insurance network not listed above. This includes Aetna, Cigna, Optum and United Health. If you are covered by these insurers you will have to pay cash for our services.

HMO plans: We are not in-network with any HMO plan, including Kaiser Core or Premera HMO or any other HMO plan. If you are covered by an HMO plan you will have to pay cash for our services.

Medicaid: We are not in-network with Molina, Amerigroup, Apple Health or any other Medicaid plan. If you are covered by these insurers you will have to pay cash for our services.

L&I Workers Comp: We do not work with new L&I claims. If your condition is due to a work-related injury please let us know before scheduling. You may have to pay cash for our services.

Medicare: Medicare does not recognize our physicians or any of our other clinicians. Medicare will not pay for labs or medications if they are prescribed by our physicians. Many of our medicare patients work with other doctors to manage their labs and medications. Medicare Advantage and Medicare Gap plans will also not pay for our services.

Though our care might not always align with conventional insurance valuations, the additional fees for non-covered services ensure that we maintain the high standard of care you deserve. This investment in your health allows us to provide longer, more comprehensive visits, ultimately leading to more effective and lasting health outcomes. By choosing our services, you're taking a proactive step towards a healthier, more empowered future.


The communication and support that is paid for via these fees is not a substitute for visits with your physician or other covered services. Some questions cannot be answered without a visit. Some prescriptions, referrals and even some paperwork cannot be completed without a visit.


This option provides the following non-covered services for a two week period following the doctor visit.

$45 per visit

  • Personalized care with lab interpretation, vitamin and nutrients recommendations.

  • Patient portal communications with Dr. Evelyn.

  • Insurance billing and support, including pre-authorizations for medications and imaging

  • Ordering and processing of conventional and non-conventional lab testing (you pay the lab company directly but we facilitate the process)

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these fees in addition to using my insurance or paying cash for visits?

Yes. You will continue to pay for visits and medical services either out-of-pocket or through your insurance, depending on whether our clinicians are in-network with your plan. Fees for non-covered services apply only to services not typically covered by insurance. Having insurance does not change your obligations under your insurance contract; you are still responsible for meeting your deductible and paying all copays or coinsurance.

How do I know which program is right for me?

Our programs are designed to address different aspects of health, from personalized health, wellness, nutrition to mental well-being. We recommend starting with a FREE consultation, we will guide you in choosing the program that best aligns with your goals.

Is there a long-term contract for non-covered service?

The non-covered service fee is paid at the time of service, with no long-term commitment required. This flexibility allows you to access comprehensive support tailored to your needs without being tied to a contract. By paying these fees, you benefit from enhanced communication and support, including offline interactions that ensure continuity of care. This approach allows for more personalized attention, quicker responses to your queries, and a more holistic healthcare experience, ultimately contributing to better health outcomes.

Are your services suitable for people with specific medical conditions?

Absolutely! Our services are well-suited for individuals with specific medical conditions. Dr. Evelyn Le, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Washington, has completed a Fellowship in the Academy of Integrative Medicine. She is highly knowledgeable in managing a wide range of conditions, as detailed on our "Conditions We Support" page. Dr. Le collaborates with your other healthcare providers to ensure you receive the best possible care tailored to your unique needs.

If my appointment is out-of-network and I pay out-of-pocket, am I still required to pay the non-covered service fee?

The good news is that when you pay out-of-pocket for your appointment due to it being out-of-network, you are not required to pay the non-covered service fee. This approach streamlines the payment process, saving both time and resources by eliminating the need to bill you or a third-party payer, such as an insurance company. Despite this, you still receive high-quality care and enjoy all the benefits typically associated with the non-covered service fee. This includes personalized attention, comprehensive support, and efficient communication, communication with the provider, ensuring you receive the best possible healthcare experience.
